Almost every day we come across news of conviction of doctor owing to negligence, most of the times it seems that the either the punishment is harsh or baseless. Can we have a cell in the ministry, which will comprise a number of experts who can submit their observation to the court of law?

This will save time and unnecessary harassment of the doctor can be avoided.
