Publication of scientific articles and getting Ph.D. is a great cheating happening in this country. I have seen recently some people have become professors earlier by producing fake papers, already they are occupying high chairs, nobody can do anything to them. The cheating has become more rampant in many private medical colleges, as many people sitting in high chairs are bigger cheats, and many professors come for enriching their bank accounts and have no capacity to know what is happening in the departments.
