I see a lot of web pages encouraging readers to ask questions about their health issues. In the chat, many of our doctors give necessary health information and in addition give medical prescriptions by brand name, doses, etc. They have not seen the patient and they are not signing the prescriptions. I want to know if this is legally allowed?
Can we practice this form of remote medical consultation without seeing or examining the patient? Does this not encourage bad medical practise? I want your opinion on this.
