History of pt : In 2014 pt underwent a Coronary angiography, the reports were normal but she had fever and septicemia, UTI. She was treated at the same hospital for 20 days and discharged with a WBC count of 17000/mm3. Now She is at home and treated by me for repeated UTI for 15-20 days, ultimately I started ATT on looking at XRAYs CHEST and ESR, and interferon gold for TB. The patient was okay in15 days. The patient was continuously under monthly check-up.

Now from last month patient is feeling weak and complaints about bodyaches. On lab tests, UTI with pus cells 20-25 in the urine was observed. The very next day she became restless and had a feeling of suffocation. The ECG showed A F, fever increased, pus cells in urine increased, TLC 27000MM3, Later the pt went into CHF, was treated in ICU, relieved, discharged. After 3days pt again had fever with TLC 17000, AGAIN ON IV CEFOPERAZONE…
