Case presentation A 34-year-old woman , who had been flying internationally, convulsed after a bout of agitation while she was at the airport. Flight attendants informed the airport medical team that she had been traveling from Brazil to Spain via Paris, where the incident happened. The medical team was also informed that the patient had complained of abdominal pain during the flight . Initial examination Blood pressure: 175/104 mmHg Heart rate: 136/min SpO 2 : 93% while breathing Glasgow Coma Score: 6 Intense sweating, along with generalized seizures, and bilateral mydriasis was observed.
