I am a doctor with MD in physiology presently working as Associate Professor in a Govt. Medical College in Odisha. I submitted many research projects to ICMR but all are rejected stating that there is nothing new in the project.

Now I am a pure medical teacher.I have taken 12 days training in Bioinformatics at IIT,Delhi 1 year back. My age is 47 years.I want to do something more in life like research or some extra degree or going abroad for some extra training etc. Can anybody guide me?
