Case presentation A 4.5-year-old girl visited the OPD along with her mother, complaining of decayed upper front teeth. Birth and development history Normal delivery of the child. The mother did not suffer any medical condition or take medication during pregnancy. The child's height and weight were normal at birth. Motor skills, social and emotional, and language development were normal for the first 1.5 years.
