A f/12 year patient came to me after treatment of 2 and 1/2 years of somewhere. Lots of ab+steroid_oral ab+steroids, what was not given. I examined her she has a little corneal haze with red eye diminished vision the immdiate diagnosis was long standing not properly treated viral keratitis I have given following simple treatment Increase your body resistant power-rate, more vegetables, stop eating outside eatables, stop watching TV, mobile etc. Mandatory- does not rub your eyes, do not allow water to go in both eyes, if water comes from eyes or itching or any fb sensation do not touch your eye and bed rest for 15 days.
I had given aciclovir eye ointment and simple choramphenicol+dexa drops put five times a day follow up every 5 days the interval between ointment and drops is the half hour. It has treated in 15 days. I think my advice with medicine, in this case, no rubbing no water…
