A 24 years old male has pain in lower back radiating in right anterior thigh. Some time in different parts of both legs. The chief complaint of unable to put feet on the ground for some time immediately after rising from bed in the early morning. History: Diagnosed case of AIH was on Deflazacort and Azathioprine for 1 year Height 5' 10", weight 118 kgs. Respiratory rate normal.
Heart rate 92/ min, but had tachycardia off and on, treated by Propranolol 40 mgs. CBC, glycemic control, lipid profile, renal profile, LFTs, TFTs, Vitamin D normal. X-ray back attached. What could be the probable diagnosis and further line of action for this case? Kindly share.
