A 14 yr old girl with h/o diabetes, HTN, for 2yrs complains of severe calf muscle cramps. During the cramp calf muscle will become so hard like a stone. Her stature is short, wide palms & soles, short fingers, pigmentation of skin around neck, hirsutism, amenorrhea for 1yr (menarche 2yrs back, from then irregularly spotting only positive). Prolactin, FSH, LH, S. electrolytes, CT, MRI was normal.
ECG- LVH+, low level of growth hormones. She is on Insulin and Nifedepin. Her major complaint is sudden attack of severe calf pain which hinders her daily activity. Kindly suggest about the management.
