This video demonstrates some vital steps of central neck dissection(CND) for a patient with thyroid cancer. The boundaries of CND include internal jugular veins on either side (or carotid sheaths), the hyoid bone above and the supra-sternal notch below clearing the complete nodal basin along the recurrent laryngeal nerves, carotid sheaths, pre-tracheal and para-tracheal lymph nodes.
