Patient aged 54 yrs, diagnosed with stage II B cervical carcinoma and undergone radical hysterectomy and post-op histology examination reveal positive margins over vaginal cuff so she has undergone radiation therapy by RAPID ARC radiation therapy 25 sitting. Is there a need for any other management regarding radiation especially brachytherapy?

Kindly provide your valuable advice. Also, please guide about the further course of treatment in this case.
