A 26 year old male works in a factory, where old car & truck batteries are broken and melted to recollect the LEAD. For five years and live in factory campus. He was referred to me for chest pain and anxiety like symptoms in nights. I noticed this in his mouth (attached herewith are the images).

Kindly advise am I right to orders. Lead level and PBF  ! Any other tests to be ordered.
