A girl about 18 yrs old complaining of acute chest pain, on/off in nature. All routine investigation including ECG is normal. Serum Vit D3 level is very low. Treated with Vit D3.

Patient is alright for 6 months. Now again she has come complaning of chest pain in every 10 to 15 days. Is there any relation of Vit D3 low level to chest pain, pain is very severe ?
