Hi, I have a patient with CT finding as atrophy of left lobe of liver and subtle nodularity along the liver surface and mild pelvic ascites. Multiple discrete non-calcified nodes seen in mesentery and retro-peritoneum largest measuring 19* 10* in periaortic location. Patient was chronic alcoholic for the last 20 years, but had left drinking since a year. Presently came with swelling of both lower limb and above CT report.
Patient is a chronic smoker (1 packet of Cigarette every day). All other reports are normal. Please suggest how to proceed.
