One of my patient reported chronic inflammation in throat and chest for over a year. Biopsy for H-pylori shows positive. Had put him on Prevpac for 2 weeks, breath test for H pylori are negative. However patient report same pain.

Done Hida scan, chest CT, a domain pelvic and are normal. The free TSH is 4.5 and throat Sonogram shows minor small nodes. What could be further test can be done to diagnose possible reason for constant inflammation.
