DEAR DOCTORS, i have been interacting patient with low platelet count following dengue & even after chikungunya . previous platelet count was 3.5 lacs , but after exposure to this , patient having continuous low platelet count 1.7 lacs only from three months. lab report repeate several times.
i have given steriod & ayurvedic medicine amrutam rasayan . but still not increasing. give some information about this ?
