Few days back, I discussed a case scenario,now i m giving few more details with photographs of the child,,kindly reply and help me out in this case. AS u notice in the pic,she has fistulas which discharge pus periodically,pus which is copious in amount and drains spontaneously in cycles of 25-40 days...the cycle starts with pain in abdomen and loss of appetite,with copious amount of pus drainage, surprisingly not accompanied by fever,and not responsive to antibiotics.After pus drains,all symptoms resolve. At present patient is on ATT,Immunosuppresants were started last year but due to low G.C.

and superimposed infections,they were stopped.Despite being repeatedly treated according to pus C/S,no significant improvement is seen in the scars and no healing whatsoever.Surgical debridement had also been done in order to heal but no positive results seen. History from previous post on this…
