My Distt is Free of Quacks CMO must file an affidavit, in court before renewal of registration every year IMAs should file a PIL in the high court -that CMOs of every district must file an affidavit in high court every year that their distt is "Free of Quacks" before asking practicing doctors for renewal of registration every year. In UP a writ petition was filed some 12 years back by a man vs state asking govt. to control rather eradicate quacks and save lives of innocent people who fall trap in their net and loose life and money both.
After so many deliberations honourable high court of Allahabad ordered state govt to issue orders to CMOs of every district. To register all practicing doctors with a valid degree (whether allopath, homeopath or Unani,auyurved). For which it was made mandatory that every practitioner must get register himself with their respective state medical council.…
