A 40 yrs man had mild pain at right lower chest with low grade fever for four days. TLC 7000/- ESR 80 mm. In X-ray a homogeneous opacity in right lower zone. Given antibiotics piperacillin, tazobactam and amikacin for five days and antibiotics continue.

Came to me with X-ray after five days of antibiotics and yesterday’s X-ray. Now TLC IS 4200/-  No sputum available for examination. Kindly look at these X-rays and comment whether it is fungal infection or TB?
