30 years man clo of Hemoptysis since morning, pure blood coughed out 3 times since morning. He had fever 3 days before for one day only, today started blood in SPUTUM. X-ray chest PA view shows lobar pneumonia Rt upper lobe and TLC count is 13600/cubic mm.
The query is why the Rt upper ribs are crowded? There is no previous history.
