A 7-year-old had to make several trips to all speciality hospital with c/o severe lower abdominal pain with mild distension of abdomen, at times child has vomiting with occasional loose stools so far we could not arrive at Diagnosis, abdominal scan also did not contribute much to arrive at provisional diagnosis. Condition partially responding to anti spasmodics and antiemetics. I should be grateful if any one could contribute any suggestion to give relief to this child.
The child I gather gets up with abdominal colic insisting to be take to hospital immediately. Would appreciate you valuable contribution.
