We need to improve our roads safety measures and educate safe driving techniques. Several cases we have seen in our day today practice we at peripheral areas we also started operating cases of these kinds but our Indian styles of squatting position are making these types of cases to fail because of illiteracy and patient never understand the complexities of fracture they land up in the complications like this.
