A 40 days old male baby with difficulty in passing urine and upon investigations(IVP) following were noted--bilateral PUJ obstruction,distal portion of the ureter was noted to be more tortuous--picture more consistent with Lt Reflux uropathy,proximal congenital PUJ obstruction,what would be the best intervention ?
