We hear everyday that anyone approaching Consumer Redressal Forum gets compensation or redressal, compensation amount depending on the level of the Forum for real or perceived deficiencies in service or treatment in our country. Does CPA apply for deficiencies where patient suffers permanent disability or damage due to deficiency in service which was given absolutely free ?
