Highlights: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has shown a plethora of clinical presentations that indicate its dynamic nature and versatility of the disease progression. 1 The angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 (ACE2) receptors are known for COVID-19 transmission and have a wide distribution in human organ systems. This predicts the multiorgan COVID-19 infection spread and extensive disease distribution.
