A 65 yr old hypertensive, Diabatic with severe Left main coronary disease (99%) with Right Coronary Artery Stenosis 95%, posted  for CABG. On examination, we noticed severe ankylosing spondylitis of cervical vertebrae.

How will you induce this patient safely keeping in mind his coronary status?
