Young lady 23 years old came with RE advance keratoconus who had a corneal thickness of 250 microns (thinnest area). Normal corneal thickness is 520-540 microns. Usually, partial dissection in this type of cornea is difficult and they end up in full thickness optical keratoplasty. But we were able to do DALK in this eye.

Preoperatively patient had a vision of counting fingers close to face and now post operative patient has 6/12 vision. The patient is very happy with the results.
