It is really surprising why Italy has a high mortality with covid 19 and India has a low morality, even the illness seems to be milder. Even if we don't accept questionable data the general feel is not suggestive of a high mortality. It is my opinion that this mutated virus started in India and it has infected most of us killed some of us and provided a herd immunity. We all know that in our country, any URTI or ARTI is just labelled 'viral', supportive treatment is provided, some patients with pre-existent cardio-respiratory land up in icu.
