A 65 yr old male,  had presented with recurrent episodes of diarrhea alternating with constipation since 5 yrs, tried a lot of stuff, UGIE and Colonoscopy normal,  had transient relief with probiotic and lactulose. However, it recurs after stopping.

Suggest for the discussion on long-term remission of IBS-A?
