I see many of my friends, who work in corporate hospitals, are getting salaries with a delay of 3-4 months. Moreover none of them is ready to raise voice against this culture. I feel pity at ourselves, after hard work and study of 6 years of MBBS, then 3 years of specialization and 2-3 years of super specialization we are not paid salaries in time!
And we feel feared of losing job, if we think of raising voice. Why are the doctors being paid salaries one month late in corporate hospitals? Is there any law that if salaries are getting delayed we can pull the employer in court Or at least register a legal notice?
