Under the ‘Quality Health for All’ scheme, patients unable to undergo surgery in a Delhi government hospital for 30 days will get it done for free in private hospitals. Also, under this scheme, the patient would be referred to selected private hospitals for tests which couldn’t be performed at government hospital for any reason. This scheme is without any income criteria and the bills will be paid by the Delhi government without any upper limit. I think that rich people can take undue advantage of this scheme.
