The Dubai Health Authority has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 3 companies to improve the healthcare delivery system in the country. The primary agenda of the 6th version of the ‘Dubai Future Accelerators’ is aimed at improving the healthcare delivery systems through cutting edge transformational technologies. According to the project manager of the program, this year, the ‘Dubai Future Accelerators’ will focus on the need for smart home care, quick AI-based solutions for detecting eye diseases, and the quick dispensation of medicines through smart pharmacies.
The devices that will be developed as a part of this project will include: A quick wearable Bluetooth technology for analysis of body vitals, along with electrocardiogram, sweat analysis, and sodium, magnesium, lactate and glucose levels.
