A 60 year old male presenting with severe chest pain of 3 days with severe since last 3hrs. Normal on exam,normotensive.non diabetic.ecg - normal at 6 hrs interval. Pain disappeared with disprine 300 mg stat & symptomatic therapy after 3 days stay patient went home. His ck mb was 63 at 12 to 14 hr interval.
Enzymaticmyocardial ischaemia was diagnosed again 4 days later reported with severe chest pain in morning. ECG showed ST depression in 1,all & v1 to v6 leads.Given heparin 10000 units stat & referred to cardiologist.Their after 3 hrs later his ECG 2- d Echo was normal.so he was discharged without any further action. What should be further line of action?
