CASE SYNOPSIS Medical history Medical and family history unremarkable Not on any medications No reported allergies No Smoking, drinking or use of recreational drugs Systems review His review of systems was unremarkable except for redness of his eyes. He denied any skin or other mucosal involvement. Physical exam The vitals were stable and no extra oral asymmetry and lymphadenopathy was noted.
