A 38-year-old non-diabetic man came to me with these multiple lesions spread over trunk chest ,upper and lower limb, on both the extensor and flexor aspect.He is otherwise healthy and has absolutely no active complaints.He runs a tea stall. All these lesions of varying sizes have been present since last 7 to 8 years. He complains that new lesions are also erupting at other sites. The lesions have has grown in size over the time.These lesions are non-itchy,firm on palpation and do not bleed to touch.
What can be the diagnoses? How would you like to investigate the patient? Kindly suggest
