A 14 year girl presented with history of menarche one year back. She is having heavy bleeding every 14 to 15days and remains for 2-3 days (? puberty menorrahagia) GPE is WNL. Per abdomen examination unremarkable.
USG :there is 67x54x52 mm (102 ml) complex mass in the left cornual region with 6.5mm thick wall, internal thick perforated septum & internal sandy echoes.It does not appear to be separate from the uterus and shows soft tissue continuation at lower pole. A cystic tubular tortous mass with internal sandy echoes seen in right adnexal region. lt uterine artery seen supplying the left cornual mass. IMP :findings are suggestive of blind ending left uterine horn with hematometra and right hematosalpinx MRI impression:findings suggest complex thick walled cystic mass in left adnexal region with normally seen both ovaries-could be s/o unicornuate uterus with non communicating…
