2 months back a 21 years old girl with one month cough, weight loss and she was not responding to a treatment given in her town. She came to me for treatment. I was done chest X-ray, ESR 95, over history, investigations and clinical sense. I thought it should be tuberculosis.
I explained to her parents and started ATT RHEZ treatment for two months. After two months X-ray done. There is resolution in right hilar lymph node radiological and her condition improved clinically in fifteen days. What do you think is this correct treatment?
