A 25-year-old unmarried female with bloody discharge from rt breast since 2 years had a history of excision of cyst 2years back from local practitioner. USG breast done 2 years back NAD (after wich she underwent excision) and since 2 years she is complaining of menorrhagia too for which she take ocpills a course of 3 months thrice it is relieved and again reoccur (USG uterus adnexa NAD done 1 year back). She had her last cycle on 10 December '15 and bled for 15 days, amenorrhoea in January and again on 10th February she bled and still bleeding. Tx I gave her Trenexa for 3 days and ask her to review.
Inv.cbc,thyroid profile,bs..USG breast and uterus, FSH and LH I m suspecting her for duct pappiloma Pt.socioeconomic status not good I don't know she will go for the test or not. Kindly guide further. Thanks for reading
