Recently I stumbled upon this news which was published in a national daily a few days back. The news was about the recent judgement that the high court in a national capital has given as a contravention to the central government's stand on the same issue. According to the Central Government's previous rule, an MBBS doctor had to go through a training of 6 months in order to start his/her own ultrasound clinic. As a denial of this rule, the high court has said that from now on, doctors aren't required to do this training in order to start their own ultrasound clinic, genetic clinic or an imaging centre.
