Many medical teachers particularly pre and para clinicals are doing double diplomas in clinical subjects and practicing. This way they are minimizing their main subjects (pre or para clinical) and are ready to work in college on minimum salaries. This is putting pressure on those who are sincere and dedicated to their main subjects.
Is it legal and allowed by MCI? Many of them have done Diplomas while remaining as teachers.is this legal? S uppose if somebody does obgy and anaesthesia both diplomas, whether he alone can do both roles?
