The 14 years old boy driving a motor cycle met with an accident. He had features of acute peritonitis and shock. Emergency Laparotomy revealed double laceration of proximal jejunum with middle segment almost devoid of vascular pedicle. After resecting the middle segment end to end jejuno-jejunal anastomosis was done.

Patient had uneventful post op recovery. How common is double jejunal laceration?
