The centre is soon going to provide emergency management training for medical and nursing staff of taluk government hospitals at Karnataka Institute of Medical Science (KIMS). Along with the training, they will be demonstrated for the use of ventilators and precautionary measures during emergency cases.

Before starting the centre, KIMS experts will be trained for teaching module of maximum 5 years. The training module will be designed considering the functioning of taluk hospitals and PHCs.
