Health Ministry has started sending medicines to deal with a potential outbreak of the water-borne communicable disease in Kerala. Around 90 different types of medicines will be delivered in desired quantities.

Kerala has been requested to provide antibiotics, anti-diabetics, and medicines for fever, cough, and GI conditions. While approximately 3757 medical camps have been set up for providing medical assistance.
