A 15-year-old girl presents with altered behavior, agitation, hallucinations, headache, and insomnia. The symptoms further deteriorate showing heterogenicity in the clinical presentation. Physical Examination Afebrile, disorientated and emotionally labile. Expressive dysphasia. Poor short-term memory with low scores on the ‘Mini-mental state examination’.
