5 years ago, a lady of 35 years had a minor injury to the left leg and was diagnosed with superficial venous congestion and possible thrombosis and Doppler did not show any DVT. Followed up by a vascular surgeon for 5 years without anticoagulants, since no DVT. Seen in another centre and no DVT made out. She had breathlessness one year ago and seen by a cardiologist and diagnosed as a case of pulmonary artery embolism by echo keeping in mind that she took treatment with vascular surgeon without verifying the details.

X-Ray chest did not show any findings and also ECG. On the same day took CT angio did not reveal any pulmonary artery embolism and sequel. But she was treated with LMWH for 10 days with 3 days admission with oral anticoagulants for follow up.
