An elderly man of 66 years with normal activities having no Hypertension and Diabetes. And got operated both eyes in Dec.2014 for IOL. The left eye had early signs of cataract and replaced by IOL and in advance Rt eye was also replaced with IOL though the normal vision was present. In the month of Dec.2015, suddenly a web appearance was felt and later it was found by an ophthalmologist - Vitreous hemorrhage and stopped by laser, then with in few days the hemorrhage spread into the whole vitreous and the vision was blocked. The observation was suggested weekly once to know any retinal detachment and by the end of six weeks, the hemorrhage became independent of the retina(scan).
Present vision is 30/9(After three months). Final opinion is to do Vitrectomy. The reason behind hemorrhage is still not known, all investigations are normal. The investigation for Autoimmune disorder is not yet…
