in practice almost all would had this question from the care takers .!!! 1. when to give bath to this child after discharge?? 2. during cold whether to use lukewarm or hot water for bathing? 3. hw often to bath ? head bath or only body ? most ppl will say that child got cold the next day after taking bath !!
wats effect of bath in cold ? pls try to answer the above questions... wat foods to avoid during cold ? some claim tender coconut water also to be avoided durind cold !! am basically having dust allergy. so during one such cold episode i experimented with myself but there was no worsening!! i generally ask ppl to avoid ragi, citrus fruits, sometimes milk during cold episodes. ur comments pls
