A 73-year old patient with an h/o HTN is presented with a recent chest pain that lasts more than a few minutes with severe difficulty in breathing. He feels recurring lightheadedness especially when he climbs stairs. He reported a probable loss of consciousness for some seconds just a day before he visited the clinic.

His ECG is done (image attached). What is the primary diagnosis? The patient wants to know if he has a risk of stroke?
