The objective of this guideline is to formulate Clinical practice guidelines for endocrine treatment of transsexual persons. This guideline aimed to develop safe and effective hormone regimen for transsexual people who seek to develop desired physical characteristics of a particular gender. Guideline regimen included: Suppression of endogenous hormone secretion Maintenance of sex hormone levels for desired gender and monitoring risks. Mental health professionals (MHP) recommendation in endocrine treatment and for surgical sex reassignment.
